The rules governing use of this site and purchase of our products.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Agreement operates on two levels: implied acceptance occurs simply by visiting the site, and express acceptance is confirmed by checking a box at checkout before any purchase is completed. If you do not agree to these terms, you must leave the site immediately.

If you are accessing the site on behalf of a company or institution, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

Use of this site and purchase of any product is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following requirements simultaneously:

You are at least 21 years of age.
You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or authorized representative of a licensed research institution.
You are located within the United States.
You are not prohibited by any law from purchasing, possessing, or using research chemicals.
You intend to use products solely for legitimate laboratory research purposes.

QRM reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to decline orders where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any attempt to circumvent age or eligibility verification, including through the use of a VPN, proxy, or false information, is a material breach of these terms.

Research Use Only

All products sold by Quality Research Molecules are designated “For research use only. Not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use in humans or animals.” This designation is a binding term of every sale.

By placing an order, you irrevocably acknowledge that:

You will use all products exclusively for lawful in vitro laboratory research.
You will not administer, consume, or apply any QRM product to any human or animal under any circumstances.
You will not use products for any diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, veterinary, or compounding purpose.
You will not resell or transfer products to anyone who has not agreed to equivalent Research Use Only restrictions.
QRM products have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA for any human or animal use.

QRM is not a pharmacy, compounding facility, or clinical supplier. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice, dosing guidance, or a clinical recommendation.

Permitted & Prohibited Uses

Permitted uses include:

In vitro laboratory experiments, assays, and analytical testing
Development and validation of analytical methods and reference standards
Chemical characterization and purity assessment
Quality control testing and assay development
Educational laboratory demonstrations in properly equipped settings

Prohibited uses include:

Human or animal consumption, administration, or exposure of any kind
Drug compounding, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or incorporation into consumer products
Resale or redistribution to unauthorized parties
Marketing any QRM product with health, therapeutic, or medical claims
Scraping, copying, or reproducing site content without written permission
Using a VPN or proxy to bypass eligibility verification
Submitting fraudulent orders or initiating bad-faith chargebacks

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are eligible to purchase and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

- All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. The price at checkout is the price charged.
- QRM may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for non-research purposes or that trigger fraud alerts.
- Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
- Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
- Orders may be cancelled without penalty before a tracking number is generated. Contact us immediately at support@qualityresearchmolecules.com to request cancellation.

Shipping

QRM ships to U.S. addresses only. We do not ship internationally, to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or mail forwarding services.

Orders are dispatched same-day or next business day. Free standard shipping applies to orders of $200 or more.
All shipments are FOB Origin — title and risk of loss transfer to you when the package is handed to the carrier.
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no QRM markings on the exterior.
QRM is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after carrier acceptance. Tracking is provided for every order.

Accounts

When account functionality becomes available, the following applies: you must provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You may not share your account or create duplicate accounts. QRM may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer, you are required to contact QRM at support@qualityresearchmolecules.com and allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter, typically within two to five business days.

Chargebacks initiated without prior contact, or in bad faith after a resolution has been offered, constitute a material breach of these terms. QRM reserves the right to pursue recovery of associated costs, fees, and attorneys’ fees, and to permanently bar the customer from future purchases.

For disputes that cannot be resolved directly, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. All disputes are subject to binding individual arbitration: no class actions. Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in court to prevent irreparable harm.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including product descriptions, images, logos, COAs, and the overall site design, is the exclusive property of Quality Research Molecules and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited license to browse the site and place orders for legitimate research use. You may not reproduce, scrape, copy, or redistribute any site content for commercial purposes. Unauthorized use of QRM’s intellectual property will be actively pursued.

Cookies & Tracking

This site uses cookies to support core functionality, remember your preferences, and, where you have opted in, for analytics and marketing purposes. A cookie consent banner will appear on your first visit. You may accept all cookies, decline non-essential cookies, or manage preferences at any time through your browser settings.

Governing Law & Arbitration

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to final and binding arbitration in California under mutually agreed arbitration rules. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis: class actions and class arbitrations are expressly waived. QRM reserves the right to seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property or compliance matters.

Changes to These Terms

QRM may update these terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page. Your continued use of the site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
